Brief introduction

The CanGioTouristCityon reclaimed land is expected to be constructed on the site of 600 ha (including 200 ha of the artificial sea) at Long Hoa Commune, Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The “CanGioTouristCityon reclaimed land” will contribute to developing social economy of Can Gio District and Ho Chi Minh Cityin a right way. It will also bring the model of ecological tourist city in focus of ecological tourist areas in our country and contribute to the sustainable development of tourist economy.

The land scale of Can Gio tourist city on reclaimed land is 600ha. Among of them, there is 200ha for the artificial sea and beach, 400ha for the constructing works of tourist services and residential areas.

The area of tourist services (including area of resorts, hotels etc...): 103.76ha ~ 25.94%

The area of residential models: 151.21ha ~ 37.80% including:

The area of luxury relaxing villas: 117.68ha ~ 29.42 %

The area of residential houses, superior villas: 33.53ha~8.38%

The area of verdure parks: 60.15ha ~ 15.04%

The area of traffic system and parking: 81.88 ha ~ 21.22%

Investment purpose

To invest in constructing a tourist city on the reclaimed land, creating a living city of modern environment, a collective area of sea travel with international standards and cultural features - natural conditions of mangrove forests which belong to the ecological area in Can Gio.

The Can Gio Tourist City on reclaimed land will be constructed in accordance with the approved plan, which contributes to expanding Ho Chi Minh City in line with the tendency of sustainable development and turns the Can Gio tourist city on reclaimed land to be a main point area of tourism that contributes the economic growth of tourism to develop the economic key in the country.
